In addition to completing the online forms or packet linked above, you will need to provide a copy of your student's birth certificate, immunizations, and proof of residence. A proof of residence can be a copy of your lease agreement, a warranty deed, or deed of trust.
Your student must be 5 years old by October 1, 2023 to register for the 23-24 kindergarten yeaer.
