Welcome to Second Grade!

Hello! My name is Stephanie Kopet and this is my third year teaching at Eagle Ridge.

I have lived in Colorado almost all of my life. I went to Arapahoe High School in Littleton, and received my undergraduate degree, teaching license and masters degree all from the University of Colorado. (Go Buffs!!) 

I live with my husband and our two boys, Connor (14) and Brock (12). Connor is in 9th grade at Highlands Ranch High School, and Brock is in 7th grade at Cresthill. Both of my kids attended Eagle Ridge from Kindergarten through 6th grade, it's my first year teaching at Eagle Ridge without my own kids here!

I am so excited to work with 2nd graders this year. I love challenging students to grow and shine, my goal is that everyone in our class continues to develop a great love for learning so that they can be more open and enthusiastic about change and discovery!
